Education Foundation

We are excited to welcome you back to our campus for another great year at R. Roger Rowe School! We would also like to extend a warm greeting to all the new families we have this year.

The Rancho Santa Fe Education Foundation (RSFEF) is a parent-led, non-profit organization that supports the Rancho Santa Fe School District by raising funds for the benefit of all students in the district through our Annual Giving Campaign. The Education Foundation also coordinates our Parent Volunteer program and hosts over 30 events throughout the school year.

Last year, the RSF Education Foundation not only met but exceeded its goal, raising over $1.1 million dollars through the combined efforts of parent donations, the Endowment distribution, Community Partners, Grandparents' Club, and "A Creative Affair Art Auction."

Our goal for 2024-2025 is 100% family participation in the annual giving campaign. We hope that all of you will contribute to the best of your abilities.

This year, knowing that the District hopes to resume a variety of extracurricular activities and athletics, the Education Foundation’s promised grant to the District is $1,100,000. Our annual Fair Share level per student, which changes every year based on the promised grant to the District, is $1,450. Every dollar contributed by families during the annual giving campaign goes directly to the District with 10% invested into the Endowment. Please contribute by Red Envelope Day, Friday, Oct. 11.

We are grateful to our Community Partners for their support, which provides us with the revenue to hold community building events, such as our upcoming Newcomer’s Night Out and All-School Movie Night, along with in-kind donations so we can host Teacher/Staff Appreciation Luncheons. We look forward to more of these programs as the year progresses and as county guidelines allow.
