Private School Recommendation

We will happily process your recommendation forms for private schools. Please complete the name, grade, and teacher name portion on each recommendation form.  Please download and print the student information sheet attached below and submit it along with your recommendation forms to Marsha Portugal in the school office. Completed forms along with all requested items will be mailed directly to the private school.  Please plan ahead, as this process may take anywhere from two to four weeks depending on the quantity of recommendations being processed.

Middle School Student Council

Middle School Student Council elections occurred on Tuesday, 9/27. All candidates gave wonderful speeches and did a fantastic job with their posters. Each candidate has several leadership qualities that will be utilized throughout the school year. Below is a list of this school year's elected officials:

Middle School Student Led Conferences

Middle school students are preparing for their Student Led Conferences. Students received Student Led Conference Notification Forms on Monday, 9/26 indicating the assigned conference teacher, date, and time.

The parents of middle school students will be meeting with their child and one middle school teacher during Student Led Conference week (Monday, 10/3 - Friday, 10/7).  During your scheduled time, your child will be leading the conference and reviewing work samples from all classes, highlighting his/her successes and goals for the 2011-12 school year, and Trimester 1 progress.  If you have particular questions for a teacher of another class, you may contact the teacher with whom you would like to meet and set up a conference individually.
